Clogged Pores on Knees, backs of legs and arms?

Okay, I have these little bumps on my legs, and arms!


They are really gross looking, and when you squeeze them, white stuff comes out of them..


Like it would if you were to squeeze a regular pimple.


I%26#039;ve tried just about everything.


Scrubbing in the shower, and using soap.


I shower everyday! and they still wont go away.


It%26#039;s kind of embarrassing, especially since it%26#039;s summer!


So please, if you can give me something to try!


I would really appreciate it!
