Foundation primer? how to make my pores disappear?

i never heard of a primer to wear befor putting on foundation. someone told me about chafing gel to use to make my pores smaller. is this true? or is there a better product the chafing gel?|||You can use a primer to make your pores to look smaller, but they won%26#039;t disappear. The best brand primer is Smashbox. I use it and it works great! :) if you want to know about chafing gels go to amazon.com and look up reviews for it :)
