Will N.Y.C. oil free pressed face powder clog your pores and cause breakouts?

Ok so I have small breakouts here and then, and got today NY.C. oil free smooth skin pressed face powder. Should I use it or will it clog my pores? Or should I place my daily oil reducer from proactiv then the makeup?|||no i use it and it doesnt to me if it does try washing ur face, patting it dry then adding it on once ur done doing all that it might help not clogg pores
