The pores on my nose are really big and inside of them there is black stuff. there arent any bumps or anything

and when i squeeze them a little bit of yellow stuff comes out. what is wrong with my nose?! how can i make it go away?!|||its called blackheads...even though it%26#039;s just the tip that makes it seem black b/c it%26#039;s exposed to dirt in the air..
