From there you will have a better understanding of what type of Cleanser you need for your face. For your blackheads I%26#039;d recommend using an astringent or getting one of those blackhead strips. But with the peeling the strip might do a little more damage, wait until stop peeling to use that. Again skinid.com is a really good site to help with acne/blackhead problems, they also have a line that they will recommend for you.
