|||You can%26#039;t actually %26#039;minimize%26#039; pores, since they have no muscle attachment. Though you can make sure you cleanse your face every day and make sure to use sun screen when you are exposed to sunlight (prolonged exposure can make pores sag, thus making them bigger). Try pore minimizing products, even though they temporairly correct pore size and make them look smaller, they will help. Make sure once you keep using them you continue or your pores will look big again.|||You just have large pores - and you really can%26#039;t shrink them or %26quot;close%26quot; them per se. You can use products that will help reduce the look of them such as Clinique Pore Minimizer. You put this on first and then apply your makeup. It works ok. I%26#039;d also use some sort of clay mask once a week to help with the appearance. Overwashing your face can also increase the amount of oil your face makes thus make your pores open up and appear larger. Should only wash your face at the most twice a day|||The pore score by Josephine Fairley

%26quot;...there are ways to minimise their appearance and smooth out your complexion...

Fact of Life: our pores appear larger as we age, especially around the nose.

Often, these pores are much more noticeable if you have oily skin, but even women with dry complexions can suffer from large pores within the dreaded T-zone. Most enlarged pores on the face are the result of hereditary factors, more than anything else. If your mum and dad had them, you may too.

A pore is an opening for a sebaceous oil gland, but, contrary to what many beauty therapists may tell you, %26#039;they can%26#039;t be opened or closed from the outside,%26#039; says skincare specialist Janet Filderman suggests

Tactic: stop using harsh toners or astringents on the areas.

%26#039;The alcohol in the products cause the capillaries to dilate and the tiny erectile muscles of the pores to tighten, making pores look temporarily smaller.%26#039; In fact, harsh astringents actually encourage oil glands to over-produce oil, leading to an increase in the size of pores.

Give moisturiser a miss, the skin produces quite enough moisture and oil on its own. Facialist Eve Lom advises avoiding putting moisturiser on the area... if you do this, your pores should gradually start to appear less obvious, though they may never disappear completely. Summer: this isn%26#039;t quite so feasible. If you have to make a choice between wearing sun protection and minimising the size of your pores, SPF should take priority.

Website number two: 14. I try to get 8 hours of sleep every night.

take one caffeine free aspirin every 12 hours, try to eat some raw vegetables and fruit daily. e.g. carrots,

Drink water, extra vitamin C all year round take RDA vitamin D vitamin.|||Pores start to enlarge with age. I recently went for a facial and found the same thing (I am 38) and what my esthetician told me was to try microdermabrasion. What this process does is remove dead skin cells which can clog pores and through this 6 or 7 step process, your pores will minimize and it will make your skin feel and look better. There are also several over the counter cremes that you can try but I am not sure on the guarantees.!|||I love the entire Booth%26#039;s line... Try Booth%26#039;s Green Apple MicroDermabrasion Scrub and the Calming Tomato Peel Mask/Deep Cleansing Volcanic Mud Mask. Generally your pores get large when their filled with dead cells.. So try those!

They make my skin so smooth and my pores smaller.. Wash with cold water - as cold as you can stand it... Cold water tightens your skin.

I hope this helps! Good luck!|||Wash your face using very warm water, then rinse with cold water. The warm water opens your pores so the oil and dirt can be removed by the cleanser. The cold water closes your pores and if they are cleaner they close more.|||http://www.skinbiology.com/
