Opening up pores, what's the order?

I know that you can open up your pores bu either rinsing with hot or cold water and then close them up again with, once again, either cold or hot water. What is the order? Hot then cold or Cold then Hot?|||Nonoo hot water opens them up, cold water CLOSES THEM.


Try steaming, it%26#039;s great. :D You boil some hot water and then put your face over top of the water and you put a towel over top of your head and let the steam go on your face lol|||start with hot, which opens them up. then cold, which does the opposite. :)
