You can refine them with creams and such but that is a temporary solution, as soon as you stop using the creams, they return to their normal size. Pore size is in your gene%26#039;s sorry. The only thing that you can do is make sure the pores are clean with extractions, if they are then they won%26#039;t be stretched.
