How do you "close" your pores on your arms & legs?
and how do you keep them closed?|||Ive heard that after taking a warm shower turn the water to cold for a few seconds, its suppose to close the pores and also make your hair shine more.|||I%26#039;ve never really heard of pores on your arms and legs, but I do know that a cool water rinse in the shower is supposed to seal moisture into your skin. And, it closes the cuticles in your hair.
Girls, How to De Clog Pores?
What should I use?
Tips would be awesome.|||Try to avoid wearing a lot of face makeup (foundation, concealer) and wash your face with warm water everyday.
If you want, you can try out a facial scrub. Some can work well on skin when used properly, but if you use scrubs (%26quot;exfoliators%26quot;) too often they can make your skin completely raw, and even clog pores more..
The simplest answer is to just remember wash your face daily; you can always trust water. |||Use a good scrub at least once a day!
Gets rid of the clogs and prevents black heads!

but i think if you use it on your face it can clog pores.
It works better on %26#039;newer%26#039; scars that are like reddish and stuff
It wont work as well on silver or white scars if at all.
it works in the prevention of scars like if your preggers|||Vitamin E helps get rid of scars, if you pop the capsule and squeeze its contents out.

and i heard it gets rid of scars
so just use it just on the skars
you dont wanna get your face all greasy

What moisturizer doesnt clog ur pores?
im sick of buying all diff types of creams for my its getting me down every single cream i have tried just makes it dry patches around my mouth or clogs my pores giving my spots on my jawline, i have tried e45,palmers coco butter, garnier, bio oil loads more please help?? x|||all you need is dove soap, it mosturises your skin and makes it feel softer! (and also, strangley it helped with my blackheads %26amp; pimples) i have tried all sorts of moisturisers then i decided to try soaps, all of them i tried didnt work but one - that was dove soap. it%26#039;s not expensive either. i suggest that you have your own bar of soap for yourself though, i dunno if germs can spread through it if other people use it too..|||i use clean and clear soft for daytime, and cetaphil at night. neither clog pores.|||Moisturizer doesnt %26quot;clog%26quot; your pores, it absorbs into the skin.
You obivously have combination skin (oily and dry) because your complaining about dry patches and pimples (which is an oil build up/oil is bacteria).
Try an oil-free moisturizer for COMBINATION skin.
You cant use dry skin moisturizer because then the pimple areas will be getting TOO MUCH moisture and cause more pimples! The dry spots arn%26#039;t getting enough moisture.
First, dont buy a cheap cream, its your face so dish out the $$$ for good quality stuff.
I recommend a facial at the spa so an esthetician can analyse your skin and give u a %26quot;prescription%26quot;. You dont have to buy the expensive salon product but at least it will give u an idea of what u need.
I use %26quot;Shine control moisturizing fluid for combo skin%26quot; by a professional company called Phytomer. (www.phytomer.com only avail in spas) and its AMAZING!!!
NEVER USE OILS OR BUTTERS!!! especially on the face!! they dont moisturize! they DO clog ur pores, absorb into the top dead layer of skin and suffocate the healthy skin underneath!!! whoa! that is ur problem!! Sue whoever sold u a butter/oil for ur face. I cant believe that!|||Use home-made products that you can do yourself, quit wasting your money on the ones that don%26#039;t work, try this:
Make an Egg-White Mask
To revive tired, dull skin without hitting the spa table, try this: Crack open an egg in a bowl, separate the yolk, and use the egg whites to make a face mask. The proteins help to heal and restore skin%26#039;s moisture. Leave it on for five minutes, then rinse off.
Works great, and also:
Use Toothpaste on a Zit
Use just a pea-size amount. Let sit for 15 minutes to absorb the oil so the pimple won%26#039;t get more clogged, then wash off.|||Katie, I can relate to your question. I%26#039;ve tried numerous different products and a dermatologist to end up using Doctors Dermatologic Formula (DDF) for the past 5 years.
Its by far the best skin care product you can find. Check it out at www.ddfskincare.com.|||http://polkadotgems.blogspot.com/

Has acne made my pores larger/increase pore size over the years?
My acne has finally gone away, either as a result of me taking better care of my face or just getting older. I am 22, and I had horrible acne from age 13-18 and moderate to mild acne up until now. Now that the acne is gone I noticed how big my pores are, and it is especially in the region where I had the most acne. Does acne increase pore size? I also noticed the areas where I didn%26#039;t have as much acne you can barely see the pores. My pores are so big that I can%26#039;t even really cover it up with conceiler. My face just looks rough, and when I wear makeup it doesn%26#039;t look good because of my bigger pores. I know you can%26#039;t change the size of your pores, but are there any products that work well to minimize appearance of them? What ones have you tried and what seem to work?|||there is an intelligence thermal enzyme masque that heats up your pores. This gets all the blackheads and stuff out. Its like going to the salon and getting a facial without having to spend $50 a visit.
